Ellanir Rating
In Call of Dragons, Ellanir is a legendary Infantry hero. She has the Infantry, Garrison, and Tank talent trees.
Should you invest in Ellanir?
Ellanir is a great infantry hero in Call of Dragons. What makes her great is her ability to constantly deal damage. What I mean by that is that she does not need rage to deal damage—she deals damage per second. Also, she is designed only for infantry units and will remain useful even when new infantry heroes are released in the game. This means that if you are a free-to-play player who focuses on infantry units, you should definitely get her.
- Passive skill fires 500 DF every 3 seconds after every 3 normal attacks launched, constant output with zero conditions.
- After every 3 counterattacks: 180 DF hits the attacker up to 8 times per second = 1,440 DF per second maximum just from counterattack procs.
- Unlike most infantry heroes who need to ramp up, Ella punishes enemies the moment they touch her, melee or ranged, it doesn’t matter.
- She is the infantry version of Margaret, passive damage machine that doesn’t care about rage cycles.

Ellanir Pairings
Pair Ellanir with other infantry heroes that will provide additional counterattack or hero that provides some survivability for field fights.
Ellanir and Joren have best synerg. Ellanir triggers counterattack stacking almost every second, maintaining near-permanent +60% counterattack damage. Joran’s frequent hero skill damage hits feed Ella’s 2nd skill stacking trigger constantly.
If you do not have Ellanir, then you can pair Ellanir with: Kuma,
Goresh, and
Danfel.
Ellanir Artifacts
The artifact you use depends on the hero paired with Ellanir. The best artifacts are Forgotten Shield, Serpent’s Edge and Spiritbone Torc
Ellanir War Pets
There are a lot of war pets in Call of Dragons, and they are hard to get on a decent level. Focus on pets that will boost stats.
Best Pets for Ellanir are:
- Brimstone Aurochs
- Venomous Lizard
- Massrock Aurochs
