Falgrim Pairing
Falgrim and Sibyl are an excellent pair. Together, they deal insane burst DPS, making them top-tier in Call of Dragons.
If you do not have Sibyl, feel free to use Kinnara or
Nico. Some other heroes that can pair with Falgrim but are not top-tier include
Gwanwyn,
Kregg, and
Hosk.
Falgrim Artifacts
There are many artifacts in Call of Dragons that you can use on Falgrim, but the best ones are Iron Tusk, Rattle-Spear, and Mirage Orbs. The artifact you choose depends on your pairings and what you want to achieve.
