In Call of Dragons, there are numerous ways to earn Member Points and Merits. If you are active and follow all directions, you will be able to accumulate a lot of them. Member Points and Merits are used for purchasing various items from shops, but the way of getting them is completely different.
We can say that member points can be obtained by doing PVE, while Merits can be obtained by doing PVP. They are both great, and with them, you can purchase some awesome items. So, in this guide, we’ll go over how to get Member Points and Merits and what to buy with them.
What are Member Points?
Member Points are a currency that you can get from doing various PVE content in Call of Dragons, and you can spend them inside the Alliance Store. What is great about them is that you will not lose them when you leave the alliance, so feel free to save them.
It is best to spend them when you need something immediately. Let’s say you need some speedups to finish research or building, you can simply spend Member Points to get them. Or if you do not have territorial relocation, you can go to an alliance shop and get it. Overall, this is an excellent way to obtain items that you require immediately.
How to get Member Points
There are a lot of ways to get Member Points in Call of Dragons, and most of them are not that hard. If you are active, you will be able to accumulate a lot of them.
Alliance technology donation: When you go to alliance technology, you can donate resources, and for that, you will get Member Points. For 1000 resources, you will get 100 member points. The only downside is that there is a limitation. Every time you donate, you will have to wait 30 minutes so you can donate again.
Alliance help: alliance help is featured in Call of Dragons, where you can help your alliance member simply by clicking the button. When you help them, you will reduce their technology and building time, but in return, you will get Member Points. The maximum amount of Member Points that you can get every day from alliance help is 10,000.
Training Behemoths: Same as alliance technology donation. You will earn Member Points for every donation you make to training behemoths. So make sure that you donate every day.
Alliance buildings: when your alliance is building towers or any building, you can join and help them. When you are inside the building, you are helping, and for that, you will get Member Points. So always help with building.
Events: There are a lot of events that will have Member Points as part of the rewards. So go to the events tab, and there you will see a list of all events that are currently active and what rewards they will give you. Make sure that you finish all of them, not only because they will give you Member Points but also because they will give you some other rewards that will speed up your progression and make you stronger.
What to purchase using member points
There are a lot of items available in the Alliance store that you can purchase using Member Points. Now, not all of them are that great. Your main goal is to get items that will give you the best possible value or something that you need immediately. We recommend you purchase City Shield, territorial teleport, speedups, and mana. Other items are not worth spending on.
What are Merits and how do you get them?
Merits are Call of Dragons currency that you will get from doing PVP, and you can spend it at the Merits store. The only way to get Merits is by fighting other players. What is great about it is that there is no limitation on how much you can get.
What you have to keep in mind is that your merits will be reset each week, and only 20k of them will be saved. So make sure that you spend every single Merit until you reach 20k.
What to purchase from the Merits Store
There are a lot of good things that you can purchase from the Merits store. What you buy will depend on your needs in Call of Dragons, but we recommend that you buy all medical supplies. The reason for this is that unit healing is expensive, and this will provide you with the best value.
