Summons lightning that follows the target Legion, dealing diffused Magic damage every 2s to the target Legion and 2 nearby enemy Legions (Damage Factor 450). Lightning also inflicts Numbness the target, reducing March Speed by 40% and increasing damage taken by 15% for 2s.

Forbidden Healing

Passive Skill 
Each time their Hero Skills inflict a debuff upon an enemy Legion, the Hero’s Legion has a 40% chance to gain healing (Healing Factor 120) and Vigor: HP +30% for 3s. This effect can be triggered up to 1 times per second.

Passive Skill 
Magic Legions led by this Hero deal 30% more damage and provide 20% more shields and healing.
