Tobin is a Legendary Cavalry hero in Call of Dragons. He has the Cavalry, Rally, and Tank talent trees.
Tobin is the best cavalry hero in the game, if not the best. Many players question whether they should invest in Tobin, and the answer is definitely yes. His damage is incredibly good, especially when you are rallying objectives. What is outstanding is that you can use him even on an open field. If you are free to play, first get Urag, but if you have extra tokens, then get Tobin too. If you are a pay-to-win player or a player who loves to rally, then investing in Tobin will provide you with a lot of value.
